By Belleville News-Democrat, Ill. Aug. 5--The St. Clair County Sheriff's Department is searching for a sex offender accused of failing to live at his registered address for almost a year. In September, police discovered 37-year-old David Martin was no longer living at his last registered address, 1604 Black Lane in unincorporated Caseyville.
