A professor in Minneapolis is building Lego models of the Minnesota Capitol and of the Cathedral of St. Paul. Roy Cook, an assistant philosophy professor at the University of Minnesota, is working on the project in apartment, the St. Paul (Minn.) Pioneer Press reported Saturday.
