Tokyo, Sept. 3 (Jiji Press)--Central Japan Railway Co. has estimated that its planned magnetic levitation, or maglev, Shinkansen line, linking Tokyo and Osaka, will not require the building of new power plants, Jiji Press learned Wednesday.
