Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington is to undergo a third surgery to his right shoulder Friday. The 10-year NFL veteran suffered a season-ending dislocated shoulder and damage to his rotator cuff when San Diego linebacker Kevin Burnett hit him in the third quarter Sunday.
