The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Charles David women's shoes due to a fall hazard. About 3,200 pairs of shoes were imported from Italy, Spain and China by Charles David of Culver City, Calif., and sold at Nordstrom Rack stores nationwide from April 2009 through June 2009 for between $22 and $80.
