By Beth L. Jokinen, The Lima News, Ohio Aug. 1--ELIDA -- The final site for the new Elida High School is the one school officials have wanted all along. At a special meeting Wednesday, the school board approved paying $914,780 for 55 acres of land west of the middle school near Baxter and North streets. Superintendent Don Diglia said the board looked at the land two years ago, but it was not available for sale. The district then moved on with plans to build on land purchased in 2001...
