A 21-year-old dachshund officially named the world's oldest dog has died at her family's home in Port Jefferson, N.Y., her owner said. Chanel, who rode in a stroller when she could no longer walk and wore sunglasses for her cataracts, died Friday, Denice Shaughnessy said. She just inhaled and took her last breath, Shaughnessy said.
