An Oregon man said a dog-powered scooter he invented for walking his pooch is now available to the public for $560 apiece. Mark Schuette said the scooter, which he dubbed the Tadpole, features a harness on the side that allows the dog to pull the scooter, but leaves steering and braking up to the human passenger, The Daily Mail reported Friday. We have all seen dogs and sleds and their owners shouting 'mush' at them to control them, Schuette said.
