By BEN BAILEY AN ENERGY watchdog has accused one of Scotland's largest energy companies of "discriminating" against elderly people, after it was revealed that it is raising off-peak prices faster than on-peak. Figures released by Energy Watch show that, in the past two years, Scottish & Southern Energy, which has more than a million Scottish customers, has increased its Economy 7, off-peak energy prices by 49 per cent, compared with a 47 per cent rise in standard electricity tariffs....
