LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Darren Aronofsky, writer/director of "Pi" and "Requiem for a Dream," has signed a first-look deal with Universal Pictures. The deal calls for Aronofsky, his producer partner, Eric Watson, and their Protozoa Pictures to develop and produce pictures not only for Universal but also for sister companies Focus Features and Rogue Pictures.
