PRINCETON, N.J., Sept. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation, Church & Dwight Co., Inc., and TATA Chemicals (Soda Ash) Partners have signed a definitive agreement to form a partnership to manufacture and market sodium-based, dry sorbents for air pollution control in electric utility and industrial boiler operations.
