The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says some pistachio nuts are being recalled but not in association with recent recalls involving peanut products. The FDA said the Back to Nature Foods Co. of Madison, Wis., and the Georgia Nut Co. of Skokie, Ill., issued voluntary recalls of pistachio nuts due to possible salmonella bacterial contamination.
