SPRINGVILLE -- Investigators say they found a stolen road grader and loader parked inside a man's garage. Felony charges are pending against the 37-year-old Springville man after $235,000 worth of equipment was recovered, according to the Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division. In November, investigators say, the man stole the road grader from a parking lot in Sandy and the loader from a Salt Lake home. The man then filed off the serial numbers and repainted the equipment, hoping to sell it....
