MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Hurricane John, located off Mexico's Pacific coast, was upgraded to an even more powerful category 4 hurricane, the U.S.-based National Hurricane Center said on Wednesday. A category 4 hurricane can pack winds of up to 155 mph (249 kph), blow down trees, signs, roof structures and cause flooding.
