Authorities in Milwaukee said a man arrested for drunken driving was operating a three-wheeled electric scooter on Interstate 43. Authorities in Wisconsin said a woman delivered a baby Monday in one of the northbound lanes of Interstate 43 in Milwaukee County. The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said the woman, who was riding in the car with a midwife, gave birth to her child at about 7:28 a.m. near the 13th St. intersection without requiring assistance from emergency responders, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Monday. A Wisconsin interstate was shut down after two semi-trailer trucks collided, sending thousands of pounds of big sausages flying onto the pavement, police said.
