WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush on Monday nominated James Lambright to be president of the Export-Import Bank, the White House said. If confirmed by the Senate, Lambright who has been acting president, would replace Philip Merrill who stepped down last year. The nomination is for the remainder of a four-year term that expires on January 20, 2009.
