The Junior League of Lancaster distributed $15,000 to six agencies through its Community Opportunities Fund. The Council of Drug and Alcohol Abuse received $5,000 for "Who Says We Can't," part of the Alternative Community Intervention program that uses volunteers and collaboration with organizations to reduce risk factors among high-risk youth, ages 10 to 18, and their families.
