A newborn baby was found abandoned in a trash can at a Phoenix middle school, fire officials say. Phoenix Fire Department officials said the principal at Osborn Middle School found the child in the garbage can Tuesday after hearing a muffled noise from the receptacle, Phoenix's KPHO-TV reported Wednesday.
