UC-San Diego pole vaulter Leon Roach has died from injuries suffered in training accident, the Los Angeles Times reported Sunday. Roach, 19, a sophomore from Huntington Beach, Calif., was brought to the Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla Thursday in critical condition. The hospital said he died Saturday night.
