"The Wizard of Oz" gets a free screening today to start the third Sundown Film Festival at the Kansas History Museum & Library, 6425 S.W. 6th. When it gets dark enough -- around 9 p.m. -- the movie will be projected on the side of a building in its Technicolor glory, except for the black-and-white Kansas scenes.
