Halcyon diving equipment is being recalled because of a drowning hazard, a U.S. watchdog agency says. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Halcyon Manufacturing Inc. of High Springs, Fla., is voluntarily recalling a variety of apparatus that share the same over-pressure valves.
