AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Bluetongue, a viral infection, has been found in sheep in the southern Netherlands, and the Dutch agriculture ministry banned exports of live cows, goats and sheep. The ministry said late on Thursday it would set up a zone of 150 km surrounding the affected farm in Kerkrade in the province of Limburg, banning transport of live animals from the zone.
