Dr. Mark Roh, the interim chairman of surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in the North Side and West Penn Hospital in Bloomfield, has resigned from the post, hospital officials said Thursday. Roh, who will remain on staff at the hospitals, cited personal matters for the resignation, according to a letter sent to hospital employees. He could not be reached for comment.
