Police in Florida said a man called 911 to report a marijuana dealer had taken his money without giving him drugs. Cmdr. Marc Claycomb, spokesman for the Melbourne Police Department, said the victim, whose name was not released, called 911 Saturday to report that Michael Parda, 20, allegedly had brandished a .380-caliber handgun, taken his $550 and driven away without giving him the agreed upon 2 ounces of marijuana, the (Fort Myers, Fla.)
