Writer, director and producer J.J. Abrams is set to executive produce an as-yet-untitled comedy series for Fox, sources told The Hollywood Reporter. Abrams is best known as the one of the masterminds behind TV's Lost, Alias and Fringe, and the movies Mission: Impossible III and this summer's Star Trek reboot.
