Police in Motosu, Japan, are trying to determine how an estimated 4 million yen in cash came to be dumped at a local waste disposal site. Police said a worker at Sankyo Kosan Corp. found a wad of 10,000-yen bank notes after seeing bills falling from concrete chunks while running a conveyor belt at the plant Saturday morning, The Mainichi Daily News reported Monday. About 300 notes were found whole and about 400 more were torn. The total value was estimated at 4 million yen, or about $40,500....
