AN AMATEUR filmmaker from north Edinburgh has won high praise from one of his heroes. Muirhouse-based Garry Fraser, 28, was sitting outside the Filmhouse on Lothian Road advertising his latest production when acclaimed filmmaker Shane Meadows approached him.
