Russia's space agency on Tuesday launched a new module with plans to revive its efforts to add to the International Space Station. ESA -- The WET model of the European Robotic Arm (ERA) was comprehensively inspected and tested at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre near Moscow last week.
