LITTLE ROCK - The director of the Arkansas Department of Health has won a leadership award from the National Public Health Leadership Institute for the Healthy Arkansas project. Dr. Fay Boozman received the Martha Katz Award for leading the department's efforts on creating a "culture of health" in Arkansas.
