The flight of a Japanese passenger plane was delayed this week because of confusion over the number of people in the pop group SMAP's entourage. The flight, carrying 502 passengers from New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido, took off 48 minutes late Thursday as a result, The Yomiuri Shimbun reported.
