The Toronto Raptors traded guard-forward Hassan Adams to the Los Angeles Clippers Wednesday for a future second-round draft choice, the Clippers announced. The 24-year-old Adams played in 12 games with the Raptors this season, averaging 4.3 minutes per contest. Adams was drafted by the New Jersey Nets in 2006.

Jarvis Hayes added 14 points and Josh Boone 12 for New Jersey, which outscored Charlotte 18-7 in the overtime period. Gerald Wallace had 32 points, nine rebounds and four assists for the Bobcats, who had won four of their previous five games.
