NEW YORK (Reuters) - New Times Media, the top U.S. alternative newspaper publisher, on Monday agreed to merge with the company the publishes The Village Voice, one of the best known countercultural newspapers in the United States. The two companies, which are both privately held, did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
