Racine library pays tribute to Hamilton Racine -- "Alexander Hamilton: The Man Who Made Modern America" - - a traveling exhibit that tells the story of his rise to George Washington's war time aide and later to Washington's Secretary of the Treasury -- opens Wednesday at the Racine Public Library and continues through Aug.
