Nicollette Sheridan's publicist has confirmed the British-born television actress is leaving the U.S. series Desperate Housewives. Sheridan, 45, plays Edie Britt on the popular TV comedy/drama. She had a great time on the show and is looking forward to her next project, her representative told People magazine. Her final episode doesn't air until April.
