SF SPCA exceeded their goal of fixing 9,000 cats and dogs in a one-year period. San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 02, 2011 The San Francisco SPCA is proud to announce that they surpassed the goal of 9,000 spay and neuter surgeries on cats and dogs between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011, the SF SPCA fiscal year.
