NUNEATON and Bedworth have taken a major step towards achieving the status of a "Fairtrade" borough. A steering group has been set up and the borough council has adopted a resolution to support the work of Fairtrade, which seeks to improve the lives of people in Third World countries. STAFF at Twycross Zoo, near Nuneaton, will tend the animals in their care while wearing bright pink outfits.
