The N-Gage QD is a mobile phone, handheld game console combination released by Nokia on May 26, 2004. It was redesigned from the original N-Gage to be smaller and rounder. A few flaws from the original N-Gage were corrected. The cartridge slot was in a more convenient place located on the bottom of the device and the earpiece was moved to the face of the unit. Other changes in the unit were MP3 playback, FM radio and a USB connection were removed. However, MP3s could still be played...
The N-Gage device is a combination mobile phone and handheld game system. It was produced by Nokia and released on October 7, 2003. The N-Gage QD replaced the original in 2004. The buttons were designed for a phone which made the unit difficult for game play and the cost was twice that of the Game Boy Advance, both reasons contributing to the system's unsuccessful run in the market.
