The U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall of approximately 28,470 pounds of frozen skinless pork sausage because of a labeling error. The FSIS said the Pampanga Food Corp. of Anaheim, Calif., initiated the recall because the cooked cured pork longanisa was inadvertently packaged with an incorrect label and may contain undeclared allergens, anchovies and-or sardines.
