The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Aqua-Leisure inflatable baby floats due to a drowning hazard. The leg straps on a variety of the floats can tear, allowing an infant to drop through the float and drown, the commission said in a statement. Organizers of Milwaukee's Great Circus Parade said the event's future is in doubt beyond this coming Sunday's parade.
