TRENTON, N.J. - Maybe they don't call it the Garden State for nothing. A wildflower never before seen in New Jersey has been found in a forest here. The fern-leaf scorpion-flower (Phacelia bipinnatifida) has been documented at Whittingham Wildlife Management Area in Sussex County.
