The U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service says about 209,000 pounds of frozen meat and poultry are being recalled because of an unapproved ingredient. The FSIS said Buffalo SAV Inc. of Buffalo, N.Y., initiated the recall because the products contain Amaranth Red No. 2, which cannot be used in products sold in the United States.
