By Rocky Mountian News Fire crews announced the Oxyoke Fire west of Castle Rock was 100 percent contained at about 6 p.m. Tuesday, and all evacuated residents were allowed to return to the area.The fire, on Pike National Forest land in Douglas and Jefferson counties, burned about 110 acres.Mop-up operations and cooling the smoldering trees and logs could take several days.The cause of the fire remains unknown. The forest covers 1,106,604 acres within Teller, Clear Creek, Jefferson, El Paso, and Douglas counties.
