By VICTORIA O'HARA; LISA SMYTH A MAJOR search of a former Co Antrim quarry resumed today for a 23-year-old man who disappeared while working at the landfill site. Police dogs and a helicopter were involved in the operation to find David Leyland, who works at Biffa Waste landfill site in Mallusk. Fears for his safety grew today after he was reported missing shortly after 8pm yesterday. Mr Leyland, who got married two months ago, was last seen beside machinery at about 2pm on Thursday....

A GLOBAL investigation into internet child abuse has spread to Northern Ireland, the Belfast Telegraph can reveal. The PSNI arrested a man in a major inquiry into an online paedophile forum in the UK as investigators said they believe they will locate thousands of subscribers to the internet site around the world.
