CHICAGO (Reuters) - Luxury retailer Tiffany & Co. Inc. has agreed to pay a $262,500 civil penalty to settle claims that it failed to report a hazard with its infant teether rattles, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Wednesday.
