On Monday, Ebay Inc. said they have teamed up with the National Retail Federation, the trade group for the retail industry, to combat organized retail crime. Police in Saugus, Mass., have recovered 27 stolen New York Giants bowl rings inside a bank safe deposit box, the Boston Herald reported. The report said the unfinished rings, designed by Attleboro, Mass. jeweler E.A. Dion, were intended for the Giants support staff, but were stolen during a heist last June. Thieves cut a hole in the roof and made off with a 1,000-plus-pound safe filled with $2 million in valuables. The rings recovered Tuesday had an estimated value of $172,000, about $6,400...
