By OWEN HUGHES AN ERUPTION of fuel thefts in North Wales has put motorists, farmers and rural homes on the front line of a crime wave. North Wales Police revealed fuel thefts have doubled in the last six months compared with the same period in 2007, as petrol and diesel prices spiral.
