Police in Salt Lake City said a teenager accused of misdemeanor criminal mischief allegedly caused more than $900 damage to a car by throwing a single penny. Investigators said the 18-year-old, whose name was not released, threw the penny at a car to get the attention of the occupants March 5, the Salt Lake Tribune reported Tuesday. A Millcreek man was stabbed in the forearm Saturday morning during a domestic dispute with the woman he lives with, according to the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office. Deputies were called to an apartment at 3349 S. 1300 East and found that the couple had been arguing about "relationship issues," said deputy Barry Mortensen.
