MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax-AVN) - The U.S. telecom satellite Galaxy- 19 will be put into orbit on September 23 under the Sea Launch program. "The high-power satellite will service clients in North America, Central America and the Caribbean," the Sea Launch Company website said.
MEASAT Satellite Systems Sdn Bhd has delayed the launch of its latest satellite, MEASAT-3a, due to a technical issue at the launch site. The satellite was due to be launched on August 21, the company said in a statement released in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. It will announce a new launch date later.
