Japanese pop star Tsuyoshi Kusanagi has apologized to his fans in the wake of his arrest this week for alleged indecent exposure and public drunkenness. The flight of a Japanese passenger plane was delayed this week because of confusion over the number of people in the pop group SMAP's entourage.
