The launch of NASA's Landsat Data Continuity Mission (LDCM) satellite is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 11, from Space Launch Complex 3 at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. NASA has awarded its Test and Operations Support Contract, or TOSC, to Jacobs Technology Inc. of Tullahoma, Tenn.
